Design Questions Generator

Figma Plugin

Good questions at the start of a project save you from painful restarts later. I noticed I was building my own question repositories manually, most visibly when I was digitising a massive, fragmented loans section at OCBC, where different loan types had different owners across different departments. Having a consolidated place to log questions, answers, owners, and gaps helped me gain stakeholder buy-in and showed just how complex the project actually was.

I vibe coded a Figma plugin that generates a recommended set of questions based on your project phase or category, in an editable table where you can log answers, assign owners, and track status. You can also add your own questions.

The table exports as formatted Markdown so the same repository you built inside Figma can travel outside it. Useful for dropping into a stakeholder deck, a Confluence page, a project brief, or anywhere else the team actually lives.
