My journey began with observing my mom and grandma struggle with confusing and unclear instructions on outdoor fitness equipment. This made me realise the importance of designing with empathy.
Drawing in skillsets from my prior background in industrial design, I bring human-centered design thinking into my design projects. I am always curious to understand user’s needs and why they behave in a certain way, and I find it exciting to design functional, thoughtful solutions that enhances lives.
