What drives me
My interest in design started with noticing how poorly designed experiences created real frustration for people around me — unclear instructions, confusing systems, moments where someone just needed things to make sense. That's still what drives me.
How I work
I specialise in making complex, high-stakes systems feel clear and trustworthy. Most of my work has been in financial services — payments, fraud prevention, cross-border flows — where getting the UX wrong has real consequences. I care a lot about the moments when users are most at risk of making a costly mistake, and how design can quietly protect them.
I work closely with product, engineering, and research, and I'm comfortable operating across strategy, UX, and execution depending on what the project needs.
Where I've been
Previously Experience Design AVP at OCBC Bank. Recently graduated from the University of Michigan’s MS in Information.
